Your order will be accepted by a confirmation email.
The email will also confirm details of your order and a dispatch date will follow.
Please supply accurate and up to date information about yourself to enable us to deliver your goods.
We only accept payment in Pound Sterling (GBP).
We accept secure payments via sumUp and by cheque.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
The full price of your goods must be received before we can deliver it to you.
You will be emailed upon dispatch.
All deliveries will need to be signed for.
If deliveries are made by specialist art courier you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date.
To cancel an order please email us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your goods.
Specially commissioned work orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will offer a full refund, provided items are returned to us undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please ensure that the package is sent signed for and insured to the value of the artwork.
If you do wish to return an item please contact us for further details.
Please note that commissioned work is exempt from the refund policy.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.
If returned goods are damaged you are liable to us for the cost.
Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 30 days of receipt of the return.
