Ordering

  • Your order will be accepted by a confirmation email.
  • The email will also confirm details of your order and a dispatch date will follow.
  • Please supply accurate and up to date information about yourself to enable us to deliver your goods.
  • We only accept payment in Pound Sterling (GBP).
  • We accept secure payments via sumUp and by cheque.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Delivery

  • The full price of your goods must be received before we can deliver it to you.
  • You will be emailed upon dispatch.
  • All deliveries will need to be signed for.
  • If deliveries are made by specialist art courier you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Cancellation

  • To cancel an order please email us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your goods.
  • Specially commissioned work orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

  • We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will offer a full refund, provided items are returned to us undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • Please ensure that the package is sent signed for and insured to the value of the artwork.
  • If you do wish to return an item please contact us for further details.
  • Please note that commissioned work is exempt from the refund policy.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.
  • If returned goods are damaged you are liable to us for the cost.
  • Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
  • Your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 30 days of receipt of the return.
